Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Pieces by Jenny currently accepts PayPal, Bank Deposit (BPI & Chinabank),  GCash, Coins.ph, Palawan Express and Western Union remittance.

 

Q: Why should I sign up for Pieces by Jenny Emails?

A: By signing up for our email, you'll be among the first to know about special sales, the availability of new brands, limited-time offers, coupons and many other exciting features to help you get the most out of what Pieces by Jenny has to offer!

 

Q: How do I change the shipping address?

A: Please contact our Customer Loyalty Team at 0917-3164117 6AM - 8PM immediately or send us a message on LIVE CHAT if you need to change the shipping address on your order. Due to security reasons, we cannot change addresses over email or social media.

Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after order placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address.

 

Q: How do I cancel my order?

A: We only accept order cancelation through email, request via chat will be ignored. Please send as an email with the Order # and reason why you are cancelling your order. Once cancellation is approved you will receive an email confirming your order cancellation request.

 

Q:Why is the sale item that I had in my shopping cart yesterday no longer on sale today?

A: Your shopping cart will not secure sale prices for you. If you place an item in your cart at a sale price, the price will change once the sale has expired. We recommend that if you see something you like, place your orders as soon as possible!

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time orders may only be shipped in the Philippines Nationwide. Please keep in mind that using third-party shipping services is at your own risk.

 

Q: Can I return items that doesn’t fit me?

A: Please note that Preloved items has a “No Return, No exchange” Policy. We will give our best to provide accurate description and clear photo of each item to make sure what you see is what you get.

 For Brand New items we will accept Return or Exchange within 3 days when you received your order, on original packaging and tags. Please note that buyer will be shouldering the shipping fee.
